Completely agree; the web app is fine by itself. Two related thoughts. Windows users can use Prism from Mozilla to get similar funtionality to Fluid. Also: I use the the FriendFeed Google Gadget. Using that with FireFox, I can run FF on my browser sidebar all day. The gadget auto refreshes, which is key.

That's pretty close to be the perfect one... except it is completely missing the autorefresh.

Actually, this is not only on the development roapmap for fluid and should be available soon, but you can accomplish this right now with a simple userscript. Fluid is, in fact, able to load userscripts.org scripts for any of your fluid apps. Very useful!
