Excited to meet you - sort of meet you. I am sort of a pro blogger as well. Interesting coincidence that I am in Tampa, too. Born here. Graduated from USF with degree in English/Journalism. Struggling to make a good living as a running coach. Have two blogs that I use to promote my running coaching business and my book. One is local and one aimed at the international market. I listen to lots of podcasts as I search for ways to monetize my blogs. Some advertisers are occasionally coming my way, but it's a struggle. If you ever do consulting, I'd love to sit down with you, show you my blogs and get your advice. I've written an ebook "After Your First 5k," I have 22 podcasts on iTunes, and I Twitter as well, but something, some connection seems to be missing. I have the Run Tampa FB group with 800 people, Mojo for Running FB page with around 400 'likes,' and an email weekly newsletter I send to 550. I live in the Carrollwood area and coach at Al Lopez Park.

Sorry to push out so much info, but I'm hoping something I say will make you want to work with me.

Let me know if you're interested in mentoring. I read your bio; you sound busy. I remember those good old days when my kids were that age. Great that you can be at home, even if you're busy in the office.

You know - I love the crazy looks I get when I explain to people that I am a professional blogger. It is entertaining! LOL

But sometimes I just say, "I work online - I own websites," or something like that, since I also do own ecommerce sites. Especially if I don't have time to explain.

Most often people are intrigued and interested. And if someone were to be judgmental, well I don't really care if they don't get it. Their loss. ;) My life ROCKS!

And it looks like yours does too! CONGRATS on your incredible success! I know first hand how incredibly hard we have to work to get where we are! In fact, I could use a nap right now!

Hi David..
I am about to purchase your Blogmasters Club. I unfortunately couldnt log in last night to the webinar because I am not with a microsoft software... [Linux-Ubuntu-Mozilla Firefox]...
Will this affect my being a member in your club?
Also, I have journaled blogged, but now want to go professional, and I have narrowed down all other clubs to just yours...in otherwords, I am pretty much a newbie. Unexperienced with anything other than the basics of blogging.
Which access to your club do you recommend?
The six payments..(which is what I can afford)...and what is the difference between this instant access, and the one time payment for instant access?
As a newbie for most purposes...which do your recommend for me?

Interesting honest article. I think a lot of bloggers just dump content and don't work on the quality of their articles.

How much time per article would you spend? I know I don't spend enough time on it.

Perhaps, but most people who hear "professional writer" think I'm into books. And e-business is very vague.

Maybe it would be easier to explain that you're a professional writer/e-business guy than a blogger. Very similar.
