Appreciate you sharing your advice!
Thanks!
I recently shot an episode for FDTV about using your blog to build your personal brand that I feel is very relevant to what you're writing about. You can view the episode here.
Let me know what you think. I'd love to get your feedback.

This is awesome and amazing information. I will refer back to it often and more importantly, utilize the information.
For instance, I recently signed up with constant contacts. I will check out aweber and see how that goes. I was told constant contacts was more user friendly and I am so not a geek so I need all the help I can get.
Again, thanks for putting your wealth of information out there.

I need to promote others blogs more via the social services: Mixx, Digg, Sphinn, ect.
My ratio is not 10 to 1 in fact it's probably the opposite. It's been something I've struggled with tremendously as I've started with my own blog.
I've just been re-modelling my blog since your post has opened my eyes about a few things.
One thing to add:
If you have the links such as 'Connect to Me' if you add in
target="_blank" into the oced then the links will open in a new window and so not overwrite your blog article. Just thought I'd mention it just in case someone decides to investigate more while reading a post :-)
Regards,
Karen
Obviously it picked up the code! Doh!
Now, back to your article. :-)

Running an internet business is the same as running a high-street business.
There are no shortcuts.
One thing I've learn is that the more time you spend ‘planning ’ you're business, the more likely it is to grow.
Spend 1 week working on your business plan before you start—otherwise you're
whistling in the wind.
